Will is the founder of EMOBILY, a sustainable micro electric vehicle business focused on micromobility and charging stations. He is a technical visionary with almost a decade of experience in private equity, and is a recent TEDx speaker to talk about the future of mobility and sustainable energy in transportation.

He was trained and mentored by the founders of NCIX – one of Canada’s largest e-commerce computer companies, and of Taiwan’s largest semiconductor companies ranking in the Fortune Global 500, such as NVIDIA, EVGA, Acer, MSI, ASUS, GIGABYTE, AMD, and BITMAIN.

He took his first IPO company at the age of 26 and launched 3 successful businesses before the age of 30. Will is a rare Hybrid CEO and Operator with the ability to combine both operational skills and his experiences with venture capital investments.

James is a Senior Business Consultant with a successful history of Equity Fund Raising, an Angel Investor, and a member of the EMOBILY Advisory Board.

With a 30-year corporate career, James specializes in strategic planning to plot funding plans and campaigns which leads many start-ups and projects to become investor ready.

One of his accolades in the electric vehicle space is helping raise $150 Million for Electra Meccanica and getting the company listed on the NASDAQ Exchange.

Mike is a Developer, Technical Architect, Product Manager, Trainer, and Software / IT Consultant. He is also a visionary and an agile agent of change.

As a specialist in Lean Product Development, he is versed in every aspect of the software lifecycle.

Mike has worked with over a dozen start-ups as the Chief Technology Officer on Demand.

In the past decade of his career, he has evolved from building applications to building teams by mentoring and coaching multi-disciplinary team members to succeed in their business and technical goals.

Michelle Lau

Michele provides a combination of fundraising and sales strategies to the EMOBILY team.

She is an Executive Financial Coach for several financing and capital companies. She started her career in Commercial Banking for two large Canadian financial institutions where she managed portfolios of up to $250 million. At the peak of her career, she was ranked National top 5% for a lending role in a financial institution over a 3 year period. She has a diverse career journey, having worked in commercial / corporate banking, risk management, lending and investments. During her entire career she had booked and managed over $1 billion of loans. Over the last few years, she and her team have worked with lending capital well over $500 million in various projects.

Michele holds a BComm from the University of British Columbia and an executive MBA from Simon Fraser University in Global Wealth Management.
