He took his first IPO company at the age of 26 and launched 3 successful businesses before the age of 30. Will is a rare Hybrid CEO and Operator with the ability to combine both operational skills and his experiences with venture capital investments.

As a specialist in Lean Product Development, he is versed in every aspect of the software lifecycle.

Mike has worked with over a dozen start-ups as the Chief Technology Officer on Demand.

In the past decade of his career, he has evolved from building applications to building teams by mentoring and coaching multi-disciplinary team members to succeed in their business and technical goals.
